On Thursday, May 14, 2026, at approximately 0717 hours, I, Corporal S. Howard was dispatched to [3700 BLOCK] Atwood Dr about terroristic threats.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that she just went to TPO court yesterday, around 0930 hours, with her ex-boyfriend, Antonio Valentine, and that the judge signed off on it, but within an hour of leaving, he started sending her threatening messages saying he was going to kill her and other people she knows. She said he sent them all day and night, and that she did not respond to them. The nature of the text I read on her phone raised concerns about her safety. I then called the Domestic Violence Investigator, M. Baker, and told her about the situation. She advised me to tell [VICTIM #1] not to go to work and said she wanted to get her into a safehouse until we could arrest Valentine.

A copy of the text messages was sent to her work phone. [VICTIM #1] agreed to go to 111 Third St. to meet with Investigator Baker, and I followed her down there due to us not knowing if a tracking device was on her car. [VICTIM #1] stated that Valentine usually is at his mother’s place at [1800 BLOCK] Swan Dr, and he drives a red Honda with tinted windows, partial tag # [REDACTED]. An informational brochure was given.

Ms. Baker was able to confirm that a TPO was signed by Judge Simms. I took warrants out on Antonio Valentine. I then went to the rental office to see if Valentine lived at the address provided, but it came back to his mother. I went to the apartment to see if he was there, and I saw a red Honda Accord outside the apartment with the door open. I then asked for another unit, and Valentine was taken into custody. I then contacted Ms. Baker ho advised to get the vehicle towed for evidence and that she was going to get a search warrant done for his phone, and to make sure no weapons were in the car. Valentine was arrested and transported to the Bibb County Lec.

The Accused, Antonio Valentine, did commit the offense of harassing communications (threatens bodily harm via telecommunications), Aggravated stalking, and terroristic threats when he sent his ex-girlfriend, [VICTIM #1], text messages saying “U gon die & ain’t nobody gon do sht bout it b*tch.” “Everytime u spotted, I get told on my gma you’ll die before u get away wit wasting anything of mines” “U gotta die ain’t no way round it.” “Would’ve went easy on ya now I jus gotta flat out kill ya if ima risk anything I stamp tht” These messages were sent after he consented to the terms of a TPO that was signed by Judge Simms on May 13, 2026.
