In reference to a domestic dispute call at [300 BLOCK] Bobby Jones Ln I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who stated that her live in boyfriend, Bartolo Gomez, had attacked her in her home. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and Bartolo Gomez had been drinking earlier tonight and that Bartolo Gomez had accused her of cheating on him. [VICTIM #1] stated that Bartolo Gomez got upset with her and started hitting her. [VICTIM #1] was able to show me marks on her face and neck from the attack from Bartolo Gomez.

[VICTIM #1] stated that the during the altercation Bartolo Gomez pulled a gun on her cocked back the chamber and pointed it at her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she also pulled a gun on him in self defense. [VICTIM #1] stated that her children, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY], were present during this altercation and that they were in fear of her safety.

Bartolo Gomez was taken into custody at that time and placed in my patrol car. The gun Bartolo Gomez used was collected at the scene and turned into the crimelab. Bartolo Gomez was transported to the Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident.

A case card was issued to [VICTIM #1] to document this incident.
