On 12-14-2025 I Deputy D. Jones responded to [3000 BLOCK] Rice Mill Rd in reference to escorting a female to get her belongings.
Upon my arrival I made contact with Bernicia Spain at the front of the complex. Spain advised me that her and her girlfriend had been arguing all day and she wanted a deputy present while she get her belongings from the apartment. Spain went in and gathered her things and while she was about to grab them and head out the door she started to get irate with two juveniles that was inside the house at the time. They engaged in a verbal argument before things turned physical. Spain mushed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in his face and pushed him while standing in the hallway. She then did the same exact thing to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while she was standing in front of her. They all engaged in a physical but I was able to separate all parties and at that time Spain was taken into custody. She was later transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with two counts of Cruelty to Children second degree.
