In reference to a domestic dispute at [2900 BLOCK] Walmar Dr I met with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that her children’s father, Carlos Daniels, choked her earlier this date by wrapping his arm around her neck causing her not to breath for a while. [VICTIM #1] stated that after she was able to escape from Carlos Daniels she locked herself in her room and called for law enforcement.
When I arrived on scene Carlos Daniels was laying on the couch stating that he had not done anything. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did not feel safe with Carlos Daniels in the home and that this is not the first time that he has assaulted her. Carlos Daniels stated that they have two children together and that he lived at the residence. At that time Carlos Daniels was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident.
