On Thursday, October 23, 2025, at approximately 1354 hours, I, Deputy Kile was dispatched to Raffield Tire located at 486 MLK Street, Macon, GA, in reference to a hit and run accident.

I arrived on scene and spoke with the complaintant/witness Mr. [WITNESS #1] who stated that Mr. Casey Kelly was pulling into the parking lot of the business and and hit a white Hyunadi Kona, GA Tag# [REDACTED], blonging to [VICTIM #1], a customer that parked the vehicle at the business. Mr. [WITNESS #1] continued and stated that he believed Mr. Kelly was possibly under the influence because of how he was acting and that Mr. Kelly admitted to hitting the vehicle and aske Mr. [WITNESS #1] if he could write a check. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he had to call the police and get a report. Mr. Kelly left the scene.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that Mr. Kelly was driving his white Ford F-250, GA Tag # [REDACTED], and that the vehicle had 2 flat tires. Mr. [WITNESS #1] knows Mr. Kelly because he is a cutomer of Raffield Tire.

Flock Camera’s showed Mr. Kelly’s vehicle in the area at 1303 hours at 1303 hours on this date.

I took out a warrant for Mr. Kelly for hit and run and also put out a BOLO for his vehicle.
