On March 17, 2026, at approximately 1820 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to [600 BLOCK] Pineland PL, in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her Husband Chris Fountain, was inside with a gun. Also, he was pointing the gun at her and her friend [VICTIM #2]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Fountain also hit her in the face with the gun, where she had marks, and shot the gun at them. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Fountain repeatedly pointed his gun at her and Mr. [VICTIM #2] as he was threatening to kill Mr. [VICTIM #2], and she was standing in between them. I made contact with Mr. Fountain. He stated that Mr. [VICTIM #2] did not belong in his house and that he was using the gun to remove him. I took Mr. Fountain into custody on the front steps of his house, where he was sitting unarmed.

I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who is [VICTIM #1]’s Daughter. [WITNESS #1] stated that she was on the phone with Mr. Fountain during this incident. [WITNESS #1] stated that she heard Mr. Fountain loading bullets into his gun and threatening to kill Mr. [VICTIM #2] while her mother was screaming in the background, before she heard his gun go off, and the call ended.

I made contact with [VICTIM #2]. Mr. [VICTIM #2] stated that Ms. [VICTIM #1] was in the house with him when Mr. Fountain arrived. A deputy had just left who came with them to the house for them to get Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s things. Minutes after the Deputy left, Mr. Fountain came to the house. Mr. [VICTIM #2] tried to tell Ms. [VICTIM #1] that he was there, but Mr. Fountain got to her first and held her up against a wall. Mr. [VICTIM #2] stated that he tried to pull Mr. Fountain off of Ms. [VICTIM #1], and that’s when Mr. Fountain turned to Mr. [VICTIM #2] and pulled his gun out pinting it at him and telling him he was going to kill him. Mr. Fountain followed him outside. then went back inside, where Ms. [VICTIM #1] was. Ms. [VICTIM #1] came outside before returning inside. Mr. [VICTIM #2] stated that he saw Mr. Fountain slap a cigarette out of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s mouth, and heard the gunshot go off, but did not see any further.

The pistol identified by Ms. [VICTIM #1] that was fired by Mr. Fountain was a Ruger P90 .45 caliber pistol SER#66059248. All other weapons in the house were seized for safekeeping as well. These include- a 9mm Ruger MR920 SER#SSC083395, a Remington 597 Rifle Ser#C2701965, a Beneli Super Black Eagle Rifle SER#U202745, a Razor TI Rifle SER#RZT01966, a Berretta Shotgun no SER#, a Remingto 700 Rifle SER#A6223461, a 2nd Remington 700 Rifle SER#S6525325, a Ruger M77 Mark II Rife SER#78451708, 2 Bows, and 1 Cross Bow. All Weapons were taken to the Bibb County Crime Lab for safekeeping and evidence.

Chris Fountain was transported to the Bibb County LEC without incident. He is charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault, 1 count of Battery, 1 count of Terroristic Threats, and 1 count of Reckless Conduct. All Charges are Family Violence, as Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. Fountain are married and were living together.

I also spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] on 03/18/26 at approximately 1200 hours, She stated that she has a video of the incident with Mr. Fountain making the Terroristc Threats. A victim case card was given.
