On May 11, 2025 I, Dep. Terry responded to 668 Oglethorpe Street in reference to a sexual assault. At arrival I was met by Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated while at a house party [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Mr. Christopher Gray [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had sexually assaulted her. Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Mr. Gray approached her and asked for her phone number, then took her phone, put his phone number in her phone, saved as a contact then texted himself a message stating “this is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]”. Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised as the night continued Mr. Gray had approached her again in a secluded area of the residence and attempted to make her sodomize him after he pulled his pants down (Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the sodomy didn’t take place).

Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised around the time of 5 o’clock a.m. while lying in the garage in the presence of others, Mr. Gray entered the garage, layed down next to her and placed his hands inside of her pants in an attempt to penetrate her v*gina (Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised penetration didn’t take place) but she turned away to prevent him from penetrating her. Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went on to say she didn’t want to make a scene because she was intimidated by Mr. Gray due to his size and that she believes the are firearms in his residence. Lt. Lewis was notified of the incident.
