On August 8, 2025, I checked my messages that I received from my office phone. I missed a call from Ms. [REDACTED] of Houston County. I called her and she informed me that she is handling a case she received on August 4th. The case involves a thirteen-year-old male who was disciplined by his father. I was told that this was captured on video and the juvenile sustained injuries to the buttocks. The victim and the mother live in Centerville, Georgia, but the incident occurred at the father’s residence in Macon-Bibb County. I was advised that the juvenile was forced to record this on his Instagram account. The video was recorded on “Live” and when the father checked to see if he posted it, the juvenile deleted it, so the father made him record it a second time where he was disciplined again. I was given all the information on the mother of the victim, the victim, and the suspect. I was also sent a video clip from the incident.

This incident is believed to have occurred at the father’s home located at [3200 BLOCK] Commodore Drive, Macon, Georgia 31211. This case requires further investigation.
