On the above date and time, I, Deputy Daniels, responded to 5243 Riverside Drive in reference to a harassment call.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] regarding the situation. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she currently has a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) against her ex-girlfriend, Ms. Gaspar. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that on April 16 and April 17, Ms. Gaspar sent emails to her email address, which violated the conditions of the TPO. Ms. [VICTIM #1] showed me the emails, which appeared to have been sent from Ms. Gaspar’s email account to her own email account. The TPO specifically states that Ms. Gaspar is to have no contact of any kind with Ms. [VICTIM #1].

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was provided with a case card and advised on how to contact a safe house if needed.

Ms. Gaspar was arrested for violating the TPO and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center (LEC).
