On Monday, May 11th, 2026, I (Sergeant M. Ha #2107) responded to [REDACTED] in reference to an unknown trouble call.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with [WITNESS #1], who stated that her son’s ([REDACTED]) child’s mother [VICTIM #1] messaged her to not answer anyone who comes knocking on her door. [WITNESS #1] stated that [VICTIM #1] dropped her grandchild [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at her residence earlier in the morning, around 0100 hours. She began calling her around 0600 hours, and [VICTIM #1] refused to answer the phone to let her know what was going on. [WITNESS #1] advised that [VICTIM #1] is staying at [REDACTED] with her boyfriend [REDACTED].
I noticed that Corporal A. Walker and Deputy E. Mattox were at the scene in reference to a mental health client and domestic dispute call at [REDACTED]. I advised [WITNESS #1] to stand by while I checked out what was going on.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Corporal Walker and Deputy Mattox. They advised me that a male subject by the name of Daileon Baldwin was disrupting the household. There was a female (later identified as [VICTIM #1]) inside one of the vehicles parked outside on the road. Deputy N. Holmes made contact with her and got statements. It was later found that the reason why [VICTIM #1] had dropped off [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at [WITNESS #1]’s residence was that Baldwin was making threats to kill everyone at this residence on [REDACTED]. The threat was made in the presence of the infant. [VICTIM #1] had recordings on her phone of the threat of Baldwin stating that everyone gonna die today. By the time of discovery, Baldwin had walked off the scene with his belongings. I advised that Baldwin might still be in the area, and Corporal Walker was able to find and detain Baldwin.
Baldwin was taken to Bibb County LEC by Deputy Holmes. Baldwin was charged with Terroristic Threats and Acts, as well as cruelty to children in 3rd Degree.

DEFENSE ATTORNEY ENTERS APPEARANCE FOR DAILEON ALEX BALDWIN
What this means: Frank Howard of the Office of the Circuit Public Defender formally entered his appearance as the attorney of record for Daileon Alex Baldwin in Bibb County Superior Court. This means Howard is now the official defense attorney handling Baldwin’s case. The entry was filed on June 3, 2026, and electronically docketed on June 5, 2026.

DEFENSE FILES MOTION TO INVOKE UNIFORM SUPERIOR COURT RULE 1.2(B) ORDER
What this means: Attorney Frank Howard filed a motion on behalf of Daileon Alex Baldwin asking the Bibb County Superior Court to apply the standing U.S.C.R. 1.2(B) Order in Criminal Cases — a court order originally signed by Judge Martha C. Christian on December 19, 2011. This rule sets standard procedures and timelines that govern how criminal cases move through the court. By invoking it, the defense is asking the court to apply those established procedural rules to Baldwin’s case. The motion was electronically docketed on June 5, 2026.

DEFENSE FILES MOTION TO SET BOND FOR DAILEON ALEX BALDWIN
What this means: Attorney Frank Howard filed a Motion to Set Bond in Bibb County Superior Court on behalf of Daileon Alex Baldwin, who has been held in jail since his arrest on May 11, 2026. The motion asks the court to set a reasonable bond so Baldwin can be released while his case is pending. The defense argues that Baldwin poses no significant flight risk, no danger to the community or any person, no significant risk of committing additional felonies, and no risk of intimidating witnesses or obstructing justice. The defense also states Baldwin would remain within Bibb County and appear in court as required. A Notice of Hearing was filed the same day, notifying the Macon Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office that a bond hearing would be scheduled. A judge will need to review the motion and decide whether to grant bond and, if so, at what amount.

JUDGE GRANTS BOND FOR DAILEON ALEX BALDWIN — BOND SET AT $2,500
What this means: The Bibb County Superior Court held a hearing on the defense’s Motion to Set Bond on June 18, 2026. The judge granted the motion and set Daileon Alex Baldwin’s bond at $2,500. This means Baldwin can be released from jail if he or someone on his behalf pays the bond amount to the court. As a condition of release, Baldwin must comply with any other terms the court may have imposed, such as appearing at all future court hearings and remaining in the jurisdiction. The bond hearing was the next step after the defense filed the motion on June 9, 2026.
