On June 3rd, 2026, I, Deputy Mattox and Deputy Childs were dispatched to [REDACTED] at 0951 hours in reference to fight/disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Mr. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated Mr. Damien Dunham dropped him and his great nephew Mr. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] off at the house. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated his niece, Mrs. [VICTIM #1], who is married to Mr. Dunham, was sitting outside on the porch when they pulled up. He stated he went inside the house, heard them arguing and came back out of the residence. He observed Mr. Dunham and Ms. [VICTIM #1] in a physical altercation. He stated he tried to restrain Mr. Dunham by the arms, but Mr. Dunham kept yelling “LET ME GO, LET ME GO”. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he let him go and went to his niece, at some point Mr. Dunham had a brick and was acting like he was going to hit Mr. [WITNESS #1]’s niece. Mr. Dunham got in the car, put it in reverse and backed into Ms. [VICTIM #1] causing her to fall and swiping Mr. [WITNESS #1].
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated they were arguing over him breaking her two televisions, a couple of days ago. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated he took her phone and jumped into the car. She stated she got into the car as well to get her phone from him. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated he got out of the vehicle and came over to her side and started swinging at her. She stated she initially swung back in effort to get him off her but then brought her arms up to protect her hand, that is when her uncle came outside.
According to Ms. [VICTIM #1], her minor child [REDACTED BY AGENCY] whom she shares with Mr. Dunham, was outside when the altercation happened. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] declined EMS. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] had a visible laceration to her knee. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] also appeared to have urinated on herself.
Following the incident, Ms. [VICTIM #1] went back to her residence [1700 BLOCK] Swan Dr. Macon, GA. We followed Ms. [VICTIM #1] to ensure that he was not at the residence. When we arrived at the residence, Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Dunham destroyed her 65in TCL television that she paid $280 for, I could see the television was damaged and non-functioning on the floor.
Warrants will be issued for Mr. Dunham. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] was advised of Crisis Line Services and provided a case pamphlet.
