On December 18, 2025, at 11:25 AM Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came into the Bibb Sheriff’s Office Telephone Reporting Unit located at 111 Third Street Macon, GA. She stated that she had been Sexually Battered by a doctor. She stated that she had gone to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She said that she had been there before and had been assaulted by the same doctor but didn’t do anything. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said on December the 4th she went back and was told that the doctor said she needed to have a medical exam.

She told the lady at the desk “not him again”. She told them he does things to her body that she didn’t like. She told the lady that this doctor showed his private to her the last time. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at the desk said why you didn’t report it, I informed her that I did, however, nothing was done. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her this time when you go in there make a recording of what is being done on your phone. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said once she sat down, he started talking about his private part again and told her that she had to lay down on the table for an exam. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he checked her eyes, ears, and mouth. However, while checking her mouth he said to her that her mouth was big enough for his c*ck. She said then he started massaging her breast for about four minutes. After that he then started to exam her vag*na and played with it digging in it.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said at this time she was scared and was trying to laugh it off in fear. She said it was at this time he took out his c*ck and started going up and down her thigh with it. He started moaning and did this until he ejaculated on her. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said after it was over she went and told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that she had everything recorded. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said another lady named [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came over and heard the recording and she told the manger [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recorded it with her phone. At this time Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she was panicking because the doctor came to her and said he has her address and why did I tell [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what he did.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she contacted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Corporate Office, but nothing was done about it. The recording that the manager made from her phone was shown to everyone at the facility. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that they would follow up with her, however, no one had reached out to her.
