Sgt. Sampson was dispatched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Upon my arrival, I first made contact with grandmother [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that her grand daughter-[REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Darris Antonio Williams [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had touched her earlier today at pool party [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The accused also started texting the child with inappropriate sexual actions that he wanted her to do, and have sex with her. He told her to do a video with toys, and she did it for him. Send it to him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also told her aunt, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] of the suspect’s actions.
After talking with the mother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], she showed me some of the text messages [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sent to her on her son-[REDACTED BY AGENCY], I Phone. With consent, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] gave me the black I-Phone to be taken to the Crime Lab as evidence. I had the 911 Center contact the Crime Against Child Investigator on call, who contacted me on the matter.
I was contacted by Investigator Medina, did contacted me, and I informed him of the incident. He is to follow up on the incident and contact all parties involved. The victim is to stay at Aunt [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s house, and a cellphone was taken to the Crime Lab.
