On Saturday, October 25, 2026, at approximately 1028 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to Montpelier/Pio No No Ave in reference to a fight/ disorderly.

I made contact with a male subject, who was walking down Pio No No towards Mercer University Dr, wearing the clothing that was described by the victims.

The male subject was stopped, searched, detained, and then placed into the back of my patrol vehicle until he was identified to be Mr. Dejon Jones. I then made contact with the victims in the incident and took their statements.

Ms. [VICTIM #1], who was driving the black Honda HR-V tag #[REDACTED], stated that Mr. Jones was walking in and out of traffic, pulling on car door handles. When he got to her vehicle, he then pulled on the door handle, slapped the mirror, and punched the window multiple times, leaving handprints and scratches on the window.

She then followed him to where he was detained, gave a statement, and received a case card.

I then spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #2], the 2nd victim, who stated that she was traveling down Pio No No Ave and saw a male subject walking in front of her vehicle, as if he wanted to get hit due to not moving out of the road.

When he moved and she continued passing, he took the energy drink can he had in his hand and threw it at her vehicle, which cause a dent on the gas tank door and left scratches near the rear window.

She also followed Mr. Jones to where he was detained, gave her statement, and received a case card.

Mr. Jones was transported to the Bibb Lec without incident, and a warrant will be taken out for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass- property damage x2.
