On October 24, 2025, at approximately 2244 hours, I, Deputy Anthony Taylor, responded to [3400 BLOCK] Houston Road, Apartment [REDACTED], Pendleton Homes, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that he and his live-in girlfriend, Debra Nesby, got into an argument as they often do, but this time Nesby cut him on his left thigh with a box cutter, causing a small laceration. [VICTIM #1] stated that both he and Nesby had been drinking prior to the incident. He further advised that the incident actually occurred at [1300 BLOCK] Hartley Street, Apartment [REDACTED].

I then spoke with Debra Nesby, who stated that she came downstairs and realized [VICTIM #1] had cut the plug-in cords to her Hisense refrigerator and Whirlpool washing machine. Nesby stated that the two began arguing, and she asked [VICTIM #1] to leave several times, but he refused to comply. Nesby stated that [VICTIM #1] then came toward her, at which time she cut him with the box cutter. Nesby showed me the refrigerator and washing machine, both of which had their power cords cut.

I advised Nesby that she was under arrest for cutting [VICTIM #1]. She was placed in handcuffs, transported to the Bibb County Jail, and turned over to jail staff without incident.
