MOTION TO SET BOND FILED
What this means: Dejayvious Christian Samuels’ attorney, Gabrielle Rossi from the Office of the Circuit Public Defender, filed a motion asking the Bibb County Superior Court to set a reasonable bond for her client in case 2026-MCR-006064. Samuels is accused of criminal attempt to commit murder, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and acts, and aggravated assault from an incident on December 16, 2025.
