On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 1023 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to [4300 BLOCK] Pershing Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance.
I made contact with multiple females who flagged me down while I was driving on the road. I then observed a female lying on the ground, unresponsive, being held by another female.
I observed Ms. [VICTIM #1], who was passed out on the ground, in the hands of [WITNESS #1], who was attempting to wake her up. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that Denterius Hogan came out of the house upset because he could not get a ride.
While gathering information, Ms. [VICTIM #1] came to and began throwing up and gasping for air, trying to explain what happened. She stated that Denterious was verbally arguing and walking up in her face, she told him to get out of her face, made a gesture as if she was going to bite him to make him back out of her face.
She then stated that he grabbed her by the neck and choked her for at least 5 minutes until she passed out, and that all she remembers is everything going black. I then spoke with Ms. [WITNESS #2], [VICTIM #2], and [WITNESS #1].
All of these females stated the same story about what transpired and the actions of Mr. Denterious Hogan. Ms. [VICTIM #2] stated that he punched her directly in her face and caused her to have a nosebleed, which was recorded by the body camera.
Ms.[VICTIM #1] refused EMS treatment at this time. Multiple warrants for Aggravated Assault (FV) and Battery (FV) will be issued, a case card was given, and there is no further issue to report
