On March 30th, 2020 around 1944 hours I responded to [2400 BLOCK] D St in reference to a person shot.

On arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] inside. He had a gun shot wound to his left leg. He stated that he was on E St and someone started shooting. He stated that when got shot he ran to [2400 BLOCK] D St. Shell casing were located in the roadway on E St. Sgt Garrison responded to the scene as well as Inv Sanders and EMS. [VICTIM #1] was transported by EMS to the Medical Center Hospital. The crime lab also responded to the scene.
