On Saturday, January 18, 2025, at approximately 1650 hours, Deputy S. Howard was dispatched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about a sex offense. Upon arrival, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], she stated, her daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her that they were getting raped by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Duran [FOUNTAIN] and the incident happened multiple times last year [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that I could not question the kids, but I could listen to what happened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would hold her down in the room cover her mouth so she wouldn’t scream then stick his pe*is in her butt causing her to bleed, and that it happened multiple times, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] she also said she witnessed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] do the same thing to her brother [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he held him down, covered his mouth so he wouldn’t scream, then stuck his pe*is in his butt and when he got up his clothes were wet.

Crimes Against Children Investigator Carswell was notified; she advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that the kids could not be around [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Duran Fountain at all until after the investigations and that by Tuesday she should be getting a call from the Cresent House to set up an interview with the kids. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

This case will be turned over to Investigator Carswell.

An informational brochure was given, and I [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised if she needed to get a restraining order, she could call the crisis line or go to the Bibb County Courthouse.
