On Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, at approximately 1618 hours, I (Corporal M. Ha #2107) responded to [800 BLOCK] Tenny Avenue in reference to a fight between two roommates at the boarding house. Upon my arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated that her roommate (later identified as Eddie Appleby) had made threats to kill her and charged at her with a knife.

Lieutenant Inzar already had Appleby in handcuffs by the time I arrived. Lieutenant Inzar had already recovered the knife used in the aggravated assault in his pants pocket. I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who stated that he had made threats to kill her this week and today, Appleby had chased her out of the house with a knife.

A neighbor at [900 BLOCK] Tenny avenue (identified as [WITNESS #1]) had witnessed it. [WITNESS #1] advised that he was in front of his front yard when [VICTIM #1] came out of the house and Appleby was charging at her with the small pocket knife.

Appleby was taken to Bibb County LEC without further incident.
