On the report date, I, Deputy P.F. Smith, was assigned to the BCSO Telephone Response Unit (TRU) and responded telephonically to a child molestation call that occurred [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

This Deputy made contact with the complainant, who identified herself as [REDACTED], who is a case worker with the Bibb County Child Services.

[REDACTED] stated that she has a case involving a minor child identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (B/F DOВ [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) who resides at the incident location.

The child reported that on 22 July 2025 (currently at an unknown time), Stephens, Freddie, forced himself on top of the child while she was in her bed. Stephens, Freddie, had forced sexual intercourse with the minor child.
