On July 10, 2024 I, Cpl. Taylor, was dispatched to [1400 BLOCK] Westbury Road in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.

Upon my arrival I met with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who advised that he wanted his step son Mr. Guss Peacock to leave. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Peacock does not live there permanently but he does spend the night every so often. Mr. Peacock was upset but left without incident. Mr. [VICTIM #1] called back shortly after and reported that Mr. Peacock returned to the residence and assaulted him with a blunt object and fled the scene.

When I arrived back on scene I noticed severe bleeding coming from the top of Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s head. Mr. [VICTIM #1] step grandson Mr. [WITNESS #1] witnessed the incident. [WITNESS #1] is also the son of Mr. Guss Jamale Peacock.

EMS was dispatched and arrived on scene to transport Mr. [VICTIM #1] to the hospital.

Charges have been filed against Mr. Guss Jamale Peacock.
