On 02/26/2025, I, Corporal M.Grube, responded to 2585 Rocky Creek Road in reference to an armed robbery that occurred at Bloomfield/Deeb.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] (mother). [VICTIM #1] stated that he was riding his bike with his friends near Bloomfield and Deeb when a vehicle almost hit them. [VICTIM #1] stated that they slowed up and his friends were in front of him. [VICTIM #1] stated that his friends looked back and were like “Oh Man”. [VICTIM #1] stated that someone had ran up on him and hit him in the back of the head with something. [VICTIM #1] stated that the suspect took his bookbag, which contains his mother’s pistol (Glock 17 GEN 4) and a cellphone (iPhone). [VICTIM #1] was not able to give a description of the suspect.

I did observe small cut behind [VICTIM #1]’s right ear.

[WITNESS #1] stated that she got the gun today from Macon Gun and Pawn. [WITNESS #1] stated that the paperwork for the gun was in the bag. [WITNESS #1] stated that the bag was a Minecraft bag. [WITNESS #1] stated she thinks the suspects were on foot and came from a house (Deeb). [WITNESS #1] stated that the suspect house has a van parked in the front. [WITNESS #1] stated that she found [VICTIM #1]’s bike lying in the roadway (on Deeb, in front or near suspect house)

Persons Investigation was requested.

EMS responded to the scene. EMS transported [VICTIM #1] to Atrium for medical treatment.

Sgt. Scott of Persons Investigation responded to the scene. Investigation this case was turned over to Sgt. Scott.
