On Friday, January 2, 2026, at approximately 0622 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to 1179 Eisenhower Pkwy in reference to a trespass.

Upon arrival, we saw the suspect, Mr. Javarous Faulk, walking down the street. Mr. Faulk matched the description of the suspect at the time, was placed in handcuffs.

When we returned to the scene, I spoke to Mr. [WITNESS #1], who stated Mr. Faulk came into the store and attempted to steal the cookies, and when Mr. [WITNESS #1] told him to leave, he got upset and knocked down the rack of Pork skins.

Mr. Faulk has been banned from the store by another Bibb County deputy before today. Mr. Faulk was placed under arrest and transported to the Bibb County LEC for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. A case card was given and there is no further information to report
