On 12/14/2025 at approximately 2036 hours I Sgt. D Porter responded to [100 BLOCK] Corbin Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her boyfriend Javorian Sims jumped on her. She stated that he put his hands around her neck and choked her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that after Sims chocked her he slapped her. He then started punching her in the face with his fist.

Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s aunt [REDACTED] advised that she was upstairs with Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s children. She stated that she heard [VICTIM #1] screaming “stop hitting me”. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Javorian Sims said that he was going to kill everyone in the house.

We went inside of Ms. [VICTIM #1] home and made contact with Javorian Sims. He was arrested and transported to the Bibb County Jail. Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Javorian Sims do not live together.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was given a crime victims case card and was advised on how to get a TPO.
