On Monday, September 8, 2025, at approximately 1220 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to 3600 Mercer University Dr in reference to a fight/disorderly conduct.
I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who stated that a male subject came into the bank asking for a loan. After being denied and told to leave the property, the male subject refused, stated call the police, and he was not leaving till the police arrived.
Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that he finally walked out of the bank into the parking lot, then went up to multiple cars and pulled on their car doors, but did not make entry. The subject was then asked to leave the parking lot multiple times, and the male subject refused.
The male subject was then standing out in the drive-thru lane, preventing vehicles from driving up to the window. The subject was then seen crossing the street and stated he was coming back when the police arrived.
The male subject was then seen walking back into the Bank’s parking lot. The subject approached me and stated Take me to jail. When asked for his name, he stated he did not know it and that we should figure it out. The male subject was detained and transported to Bibb LEC without further issue. Warrants for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct will be issued, a case card was given, and there is no further information to report.
[End of Narrative]
