On 06/19/2025, I, Sergeant Grube, responded to 888 Pine Street (Atrium Health Children’s Hospital) in reference to a sex offense.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (mother) and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (daughter) [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she has noticed that something has been going on between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Jesse Keen, for some time. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was talking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about how she was behaving and that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] opened up to her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her that she saw Jesse outside one night and that she went out to see him and that Jesse said that he wanted to come in so she let him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Jesse started kissing her and touching her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Jesse fingered her and asked her if she could take more. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that after that Jesse’s p*nis was out and that she was on his lap and they had intercourse.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if what her mother told me is what she said and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said it was. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if Jesse had touched her and had intercourse with her and she advised that he did and they had intercourse.

Sgt. Munguia of the Crimes Against Children Unit was notified. Investigation turned over to Sergeant Munguia.
