On December 03, 2025, at approximately 2201 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to 5955 Zebulon Road in reference to a suspicious person.

Upon arrival, I made contact with J Nade Mixson. She had her 1996 White Toyota Camry parked in front of the Walmart Marketside entrance. Her driver’s side door was open. She waved to me as I drove up to her vehicle. Ms. Mixson asked me if she could park there. Due to the dispatch log that stated a Black female in a white sedan had been driving around the market side parking lot, almost running over people, and possibly had hit a vehicle. I asked Ms. Mixson to step out of her car and told her I would detain her until I had more information about what happened. She did not comply and was behaving very erratically, singing, cursing, and telling me she would not get out. I called for another unit. Upon the other unit’s arrival, we removed Ms. Mixson. She resisted by trying to keep her hands in front of her so as not to get handcuffed.

After properly handcuffing her and placing her in my patrol car, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that Ms. Mixson was chasing her on foot through the parking lot, and Ms. [VICTIM #1] made it into her car. Ms. Mixson started banging on her windows repeatedly.

I transported J Nade [MIXSON] to the Bibb LEC without Incident. She is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Misdemeanor Obstruction of an Officer. Ackerman also impounded her vehicle.
