On October 21, 2025, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about an ongoing situation between her and her ex-boyfriend. She stated that she met Joshua Davis in June of 2023. While dating, she was not having sex with him. He would ask over and over, but she never would. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he became aggressive (like controlling) toward her. He then started touching her in her sleep and having uncomfortable conversations. She stated that in December of 2023, he told her that if she had sex, he wouldn’t be aggressive. She said she never did it. In February 2024, she finally gave in and had sex with him.

Throughout the year 2024, Davis would continue to beg and have sex with her in her sleep. She said she was diagnosed with Potts Disease, and she takes a lot of medication. She has a timeline of events where she would wake up out of her sleep, and he would be penetrating her. She was in a car accident in September of 2024, and it stopped because she couldn’t take care of herself. By December of 2024, he started back, and she was stressed to the point of having seizures. She stated it continued in 2025, and in August 2025, she officially ended it with Davis. She stated he’s with someone else, and she doesn’t want it to happen to that person. She said he also did it to his baby momma.
