On 2/22/26 at 1130 hrs, I, Corporal J. Williams #2252, answered a call via cell phone with the vehicle owner, [VICTIM #1], in reference to her vehicle, a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, being damaged during the shots being fired. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was inside the house, taking cover, when the incident occurred. She stated that after it stopped, she got into her SUV, which was parked on the Moseley Ave roadside, and started it to leave. That’s when she heard her back window drop. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she then noticed that her driver’s side headrest was damaged by a bullet. Her front windshield was also cracked, which appeared to be where the bullet entered.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] was given a crime victim case number in reference to her incident.
