On October 06, 2025, at approximately 1215 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to [5000 BLOCK] Solodad Dr regarding a person shot. Upon arrival, I found [VICTIM #1] lying on his back on the driveway. I immediately started giving him CPR. I noticed a bullet hole in the center of his abdomen and dried blood all over his body.

After Fire and EMS arrived, I began to look for witnesses. I found [WITNESS #1]. He stated that he was following a black Honda Accord down to the Citgo up the street on Mercer. He thought it was his wife’s car. They parked at the second gas pump. He saw 3-4 Black males wearing all black with hoodies. Mr. [WITNESS #1] followed them back into his neighborhood. He went into his house and heard what he thought was firecrackers. He then saw sparks coming off the ground and one of the black males running past his house. Once they left, he came out to see what had happened. He didn’t see any shells or a body.

While talking with the witness, Wiley Johnson was observed wearing a backpack. He was taken into custody for warrants. The backpack contained a Black American Tactical Rifle (NX07091), and a Glock 17 (BCBN473) was in his waistband. Both were taken to the Bibb County Crime Lab, along with the bag, a black Headgear/Shiesty, and two loaded extended magazines—one for the rifle, and one for the pistol.

A copy of this report was sent to Person’s Investigator Moss. No other Suspect information was known at this time. Inv. Moss arrived on scene and the case was turned over to him.
