On 11-14-25 at 0800 hrs, I, Corporal J. Williams #2252, answered a call [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Macon, GA, 31211 in reference to Sex Offenses.

I arrived and made contact with the parent. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she wanted to make a report concerning her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her daughter has been out of control lately. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, she checked her camera system and saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] leaving the house through the back door between 9:30 pm and 9:50 pm. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was talking on her cellphone, appearing to be excited about who was on the other end. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she was able to check [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s call log because it’s tied to her account and noticed that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had been on a conversation for over 52 minutes with an unknown male subject with the cell number [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she doesn’t know who the number belongs to.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that when she goes to work, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sneaks out of the house and meets up with adult men. On several occasions, she leaves and goes around the corner to [800 BLOCK] Boulevard Dr to drink and smoke marijuana with an older male. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] noted that she made contact with the male subject to make sure he knew she was only 13 years old. The male, who goes by [REDACTED], stated to her that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him that she was 18. I did attempt to make contact with [REDACTED], but no one answered the door.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she believes [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is sexually active, but she has not taken her to the doctor to have her checked. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that if she is sexually active, she believes its with [REDACTED], who is 20 yrs old. At the current time, it is not known if [REDACTED] has had any sexual interaction with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

I was dispatched back to this location shortly after I left in reference to a Board of Education Campus Officer asking for assistance. It appears that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] became upset with her mother for trying to find out about her activity and trying to keep her safe. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called and reported child abuse to the campus Police. She told the campus Police that her mother beat her and that Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s boyfriend held her down. She went as far as to wrap her right hand with a bandage. Note that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not have a bandage on her hand when I previously answered the call and she was not harmed.

While on scene, Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] received a visit from a school social worker. While the social worker was talking to Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I observed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] going into the house and returning with a green backpack. This gave notice that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] may be planning on running away. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she had an alternative plan to send [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with her father, who does not live locally. No address was given. Ms. [REDACTED] received a crime victim case card with her case number.
