On Monday July 6th 2026 at 1137 hours I (Corporal A. Walker #2329) responded to [200 BLOCK] Plantation Centre Drive N (Austin Chase Apartments) Apartment [REDACTED] Macon Georgia 31210 in reference to a domestic.
Upon arrival, I approached the door and heard two males arguing loudly. I knocked several times while announcing myself and nobody came to the door. I continued knocking when one of the males stated that they were fine. There were several blood stains all over the concrete near the front door and blood stains on the balcony.
I advised dispatch that I could hear the male subjects arguing inside but nobody was coming to the door. While standing outside I noticed a maintenance worker standing near the leasing office and I asked him if he could get a key for the apartment so I could make entry due to the nature of the call. (Lieutenant D. Inzar ) arrived on the scene and we made entry into the apartment. When I entered the apartment I observed two black males, one was sitting on the living room floor and the other was standing in front of a bed naked in the rear bedroom.
(Lieutenant D. Inzar) covered the male in the living room, and I approached the male in the bedroom with my patrol rifle and gave him the verbal command to turn over on his stomach and put his hands behind his back. The male who was later identified as [VICTIM #1] was screaming at me while stating that he was the victim and he was stabbed in his left buttock. The other male, who was later identified as Keishawn Crosdale, was detained by Lieutenant D. Inzar. The handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked.
Both [VICTIM #1] and Crosdale were bleeding and had stab wounds on their bodies, and at this time, EMS was notified to respond to the scene to treat both subjects for their injuries. After getting the scene under control, I spoke with [VICTIM #1] first to see what happened, and he stated that Crosdale was upset because he is the only one working right now, and he hasn’t paid the rent yet. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were arguing at first, then all of a sudden Crosdale picked up a kitchen knife and walked towards him with it, so he started backing up, trying to get Crosdale to put the knife down, but he refused, and that is when he stabbed him in his left buttock.
I asked [VICTIM #1] why he didn’t answer the door when I was knocking, and he stated that Crosdale stopped him from answering the door because he didn’t want to go to jail because he had warrants for his arrest. After speaking with [VICTIM #1], I spoke with Crosdale, and he stated that they were arguing because he asked [VICTIM #1] to clean up the kitchen, so he got upset. EMS arrived on scene and rendered aid to [VICTIM #1] and Crosdale before transporting both to Atrium Navicent Health for further treatment.
After being medically cleared by the hospital staff, I provided my beginning mileage to dispatch and transported Crosdale without incident to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, where he was released to the jail staff for booking. The knife was recovered while I was on the scene and placed into evidence at the crime lab.
[VICTIM #1] was given the victim case pamphlet. Warrants to be taken out on Crosdale.
