On 8/11/2024 at approximately 1941 hours, I, Deputy Jonah Gordon 2748, responded to [1700 BLOCK] Denton St in reference to terroristic threats.
I arrived on scene and met with [WITNESS #1]. She stated her daughter, [VICTIM #1], has been receiving threats from a male, later identified as Keon Releford. [VICTIM #1] had gone to the store when I arrived, and would return shortly. [WITNESS #1] showed me a message Keon sent her on Instagram regarding [VICTIM #1]. The account labeled “[REDACTED]” [WITNESS #1] stated was Keon. Keon sent a message stating “Look ion no what [VICTIM #1] take me for but you better get out of there I’m finna shoot that b*tch up frfr”. This message was received at 1803 hours on 8/11/2024.
Some time later, [VICTIM #1] returned to the scene. She stated Keon is her friend, and he was upset because they were supposed to hang out on this date, but she had to cancel. She showed me numerous messages that Keon had sent her by text message from the number . At 1802 hours he sent her a message “Just for you trying me every body dying no cap”. At 1815 hours, in response to [VICTIM #1] telling Keon that she won’t let him hurt her kids, Keon texted “U ain’t got no choice h*e”. At 1851 hours, Keon texted her “In you said you called the police u no you dead now”. At 1931 hours Keon texted “Fucc that ion wanna here that u called the police h*e so I mite as well shoot your chit up ion do no capping”. At 1950 hours, Keon texted “This yo second time trying me b*tch u just gotta die”.
[VICTIM #1] was provided a case number for the incident. She was advised to call the Sheriff’s Office if Keon came to her residence. Keon made multiple threats to shoot up her house and kill her. A Warrant will be sought for his arrest for the charge of felony terroristic threats.
