On 06-10-2025, around 1312,I, Dep. Vonderhuevel responded to a sexual offense call for service regarding a juvenile at [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Upon arrival, I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who is the mother of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that due to the recent passing of one of her children, her home had an influx of family pouring in to help her in her time of grieving. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that one subject who had stayed at her house Sunday night (6-8-25) was Fair, Kerrick. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was aware that Fair was out on bond for rape as charges pending in another case.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was approached by her daughter on today’s date (6-10-25) about Fair having been touching her inappropriately. I then spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that around midnight of 6-11-25, Fair had come to her room to charge his phone. Fair had then left the room after small talk was made about the mobile app “TikTok”. Fair then entered back into [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s room around what she guessed was 0200 on 6-11-25. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she could feel Fair rubbing on her buttocks area (outside of clothing), to which she attempted to toss her body to get him to stop. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Fair then rubbed his p*nis while still in the pants across her in what she believed to be an effort to show her his erection. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then showed him she was awake, and the two again made small talk. Fair then made an unknown statement toward [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to which she smacked he lips at. Fair then grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the face and advised her to never smack her lips at him again before walking out of the room.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] had been crying around what she believed to be 0400 when Fair again entered her room and attempted to “aggressively hug” her. Another adult in the house, named [REDACTED BY AGENCY] happened to see the interaction, and he made Fair leave the room. According to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that was the extent of the incident.

Crimes Against Children Inv. Medina was contacted, and he stated to send him a copy ofthe report, and he will be reaching out to the family. I attempted to contact via telephone, but no contact [REDACTED BY AGENCY] could be made as he did not answer.
