On April 8, 2026, at approximately 23:12 hours I, Deputy M. Jones, was dispatched to 400 Charter Blvd. (Piedmont Macon North) in Macon-Bibb County, GA. The call was in reference to statutory rape.
Upon my arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1] and her 14-year-old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], in room [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] explained that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] could possibly be pregnant by her 18-year-old boyfriend. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had taken multiple at-home pregnancy tests that showed positive. She informed her mother and was then brought to the hospital for an official test. Hospital staff had not tested [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for pregnancy prior to my arrival.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she only knows the offender’s name as Chris. She did not know his last name.
[WITNESS #1] provided me with Chris’ IG tag: [REDACTED], his DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and address: [2400 BLOCK] Bristol Dr. Macon GA.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she met Chris while visiting his home with a female friend of hers. They had intercourse less than five times at his residence. She was not sure of the dates on which their intercourse occurred. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me that she did not inform Chris of her age prior to having intercourse, nor did he ask. [WITNESS #1] stated that she believes that Chris did not know [REDACTED BY AGENCY] age prior to having intercourse with her.
A case card was given to Ms. [WITNESS #1]
A copy of this report was forwarded to Crimes Against Children Investigator D. Medina.

ACCUSATION FILED — KRISTOPHER KESHOD FLAGG CHARGED WITH STATUTORY RAPE
What this means: On July 2, 2026, Assistant Solicitor General Amanda R. Richardson filed a formal accusation against Kristopher Keshod Flagg in the State Court of Bibb County, Georgia (Case No. 26-SCCR-478498). An accusation is the charging document used in State Court — similar to an indictment but filed directly by a prosecutor rather than a grand jury. Kristopher Keshod Flagg is accused of statutory rape, a misdemeanor under O.C.G.A. § 16-6-3(c), allegedly occurring on or about March 10, 2026, in Bibb County. Specifically, Flagg, who was 18 years old at the time, is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with the alleged victim, a female at least 14 years of age but under 16, who was no more than four years younger than Flagg and was not his spouse. The case is now formally before the Bibb County State Court.
