In reference to a fight call at [3900 BLOCK] Lindwood Dr I made contact with the suspect Krystal Gardner in front of the residence. Krystal Gardner stated that she came to [3900 BLOCK] Lindwood Dr to fight the residents of the home, [VICTIM #1], also known as [REDACTED].
Krystal Gardner stated that the two of them had been arguing over social media and that she was tired of him talking about her. Krystal Gardner stated that [VICTIM #1] gave her his address on social media and she took it as an invitation to fight him. When Krystal Gardner came to the home she was confronted by [VICTIM #1]’ relative, [VICTIM #2], where she spat on [VICTIM #2] and they began fighting. [VICTIM #2] stated that she wanted to press charges on Krystal Gardner for the incident. Krystal Gardner had recorded footage of her attempting to run over [VICTIM #1] through her social media account that was seen by deputies and captured on body camera footage. Krystal Gardner had parked her vehicle in the front yard of [VICTIM #1]’ home where she waited for law enforcement to respond.
After collecting the information about the incident Krystal Gardner was taken into custody at that time and transported to Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident. Krystal Gardner’s vehicle was towed from the scene by M&M Towing.
