In reference to a battery call at 4437 Columbus Rd (5 Star Beauty) I met with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2].
[VICTIM #1] stated that she was arguing with her child’s father, Lawrence Clinkscale, at the store when a woman that he is involved with, Shakira Green, approached them. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was holding her 3 month old nephew, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], at the time of the argument. [VICTIM #1] stated that while they were arguing Lawrence Clinkscale attacked her, hitting her in the face. [VICTIM #1]’ face did appear red and irritated when observed. [VICTIM #1] stated that during the altercation Shakira Green used pepper spray on her. [VICTIM #1] stated that the pepper spray got onto [REDACTED BY AGENCY] causing the child to have breathing problems. An ambulance was called for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] shortly after my arrival.
[VICTIM #2], [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s mother, stated that she was standing behind her sister when the pepper spray was used. [VICTIM #2] stated that the pepper spray also go on her. [VICTIM #1] stated that Shakira Green and Lawrence Clinkscale left the scene when they were aware that law enforcement was on the way. [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] both stated that they had to wash the pepper spray off of themselves after the altercation.
Warrants will be taken out for Lawrence Clinkscale and Shakira Green in reference to this incident. A case card was issued to [VICTIM #1] to document this incident.
