On August 27, 2025, at approximately 1950 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to 5978 Zebulon Rd regarding public Indecency. Upon my arrival, I saw a black male sitting on the sidewalk with his hand in his pants, mast*rbating. The subject was later identified as Lee Peters. I made contact with the complainant, [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #1] said he saw Mr. Peters outside his store mast*rbating.

Mr. Lee Peters was transported to Bibb County LEC without incident.
