On 05/15/2026 Dep. Tre. Lewis responded to [2800 BLOCK] Dalton St., Macon, GA 31206 in reference to a possible damage to property complaint.
Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that Kendall came to her house and they were having a normal conversation while drinking alcoholic beverages. [VICTIM #1] stated that Kendall then got in her face and stated, “I will fu*k your son and fu*k your baby daddy.” [VICTIM #1] stated that she then told Kendall, “I could slap the fu*k out of you, get out of my house.”
[VICTIM #1] stated that Kendall then physically hit the right side of her face with an open hand using force in an aggressive manner while her 9-year-old granddaughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] D.O.B. [REDACTED BY AGENCY], was present in the living room where the incident began and witnessed the actions of Kendall. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also provided a statement regarding Kendall’s actions.
[VICTIM #1] stated that she then attempted to call her brother, who is Kendall’s boyfriend, to come get Kendall from the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated that Kendall then attempted to take the phone from her hand and began tussling with her over it. [VICTIM #1] stated that Kendall was still fighting her during the altercation and also pulled some of her hair out.
[VICTIM #1] further stated that Kendall refused to leave the residence after being told to do so. [VICTIM #1] also stated that Kendall then came outside the residence and removed the left shutter before breaking the window glass, causing damage to the property.
After obtaining a statement from [VICTIM #1] regarding Kendall, I asked where her brother stayed since Kendall was his girlfriend. [VICTIM #1] stated that he lived at [2700 BLOCK] Virginia Dr. Another deputy and I then responded to Virginia Dr., where we made contact with Kendall’s stepfather, who stated that Kendall was further down Virginia Dr. from [2700 BLOCK].
Afterward, we contacted Kendall’s boyfriend, who said she was behind an abandoned house. Upon locating Kendall behind the abandoned house, I observed her lying on the steps, fully intoxicated, with a strong aroma of alcoholic beverage coming from her person.
After placing Kendall into custody, Dep. Jones read her Miranda Rights. Kendall stated that she refused to give a statement or tell her side of the story. Kendall was then transported to the Bibb Co. LEC without further incident.
