On Wednesday September 24, 2025 at approximately 16:30 hours, I Deputy Stubbs along with Corporal Walker and Sergeant Witherspoon was dispatched to 624 Forest Hill Road in regards to a person with a gun.

Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] who stated that Manika Hall rammed their 2012 Toyota Sienna and pulled a gun on them and their child [REDACTED BY AGENCY] because they went around her at the traffic light on Forsyth Road. [VICTIM #2] stated that they were at the traffic light and when the light turned green for them to proceed, [VICTIM #2] stated that Manika was just sitting at the light. [VICTIM #2] stated that they went around Manika and that is when Manika became upset and started chasing them.

[VICTIM #1] stated that when they turned onto Forest Hill Road heading home, Manika was behind them honking the horn and waving a gun. [VICTIM #1] stated that Manika rammed the back of their vehicle with her burgundy Ford F150 while they were in the car with their son [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #2] stated that he got out of the car holding his son and that is when Manika pulled the firearm, pointed it at them and said “I don’t give a f*ck about you hold that baby”. Manika son [WITNESS #1] stated that he tried to stop his mom from her actions, she would not listen and continued on. [VICTIM #1] stated that Manika got in the truck and proceeded to drive on the grass, circling back around trying to make [WITNESS #1] get in the car but he refused and begin to have a panic attack.

Manika left [WITNESS #1] at the scene and he as treated by EMTS and picked up by his grandmother. [WITNESS #1] also let us know that his mom stays at the Red Roof Inn. Myself, Corporal Walker and Sergeant Witherspoon went to the location where [WITNESS #1] stated his mom stays, and she was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to children, and criminal damage to property. The firearm was also found at the scene of Manika residence and will be submitted into evidence, Manika was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center without Incident. This incident took place in Macon, Georgia.
