On Wednesday February 11, 2026 @ approximately 1243hrs at 111 Third St. Macon, GA 31201. I, Deputy Grable spoke with [VICTIM #1] about an assault. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that on 02/08/2026 at [5000 BLOCK] Soldad Ct. Macon, GA 31210 she had an altercation with Marquel Brox (Suspect). Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Marquel Brox is her nephew.
She stated while interacting with the suspects brother in the kitchen Mr. Brox began to attack her. The victim stated the suspect punched, scratched, administered a choke hold on her and threw her to the floor. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she has visible scratches and bruises on her body. The victim stated her significant other, [WITNESS #1] witnessed the entire attack. The witness has also presented a statement recounting the incident.
