On February 10, 2026, at approximately 2030 hours, I, Deputy Anthony Taylor, responded to [300 BLOCK] Fulton Street in reference to a multiple people who had been shot.

Upon my arrival, I observed Deputy Dontavious Jones performing CPR on a Black female, later identified as [VICTIM #1]. EMS had been notified prior to my arrival. When EMS arrived on scene, they transported [VICTIM #1] and her 1-year-old child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], to Atrium Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Person Crimes Investigator Hall was notified and responded to the scene, along with Crime Lab Investigators Katie Burtrum and Investigator Cynthia Medina.

I later responded to Atrium Hospital, where I learned that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had sustained a gunshot wound to the left forearm. [VICTIM #1] had sustained gunshot wounds to her left index finger and left chest. [VICTIM #1] was pronounced deceased at 2129 hours on the same date.
