On May 5, 2026, I, Deputy Robinson, responded to [400 BLOCK] Lamar Rd N in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1], who stated she contacted her cousin’s wife, Ms. Kerria Raines, about meeting to pick up 4-year-old [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that upon Ms. Raines’ arrival, an argument immediately began between the two.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Ms. Raines ran toward her and began striking her, which resulted in the two fighting. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that while they were on the ground fighting, Mr. Christopher Patterson jumped in and began punching and kicking her. She further stated that she felt her arm being pulled by Melvin Ward during the altercation. After the fight ended, all parties returned to their vehicles and left the scene. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that 4-year-old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was present during the entire incident.
I observed visible injuries on Ms. [VICTIM #1], including scratches and red marks on her face. Ms. [VICTIM #1] had a scratch across her forehead, a scratch near her right eye, and another scratch above her right eye. Due to the visible injuries, EMS was requested to respond to the scene to evaluate her.
While EMS was on scene, I spoke with witness Ms. [WITNESS #1], who stated Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. Raines argued for a short period of time and that she heard Ms. [VICTIM #1] say, “Y’all ain’t finna jump me.” Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that immediately afterward, the two females began fighting and that she observed Mr. Patterson and Mr. Ward join the altercation by punching and kicking Ms. [VICTIM #1] in the face. Ms. [WITNESS #1] also advised that she observed 4-year-old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] inside the vehicle during the incident.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] was evaluated and cleared by EMS on scene.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] was provided with a case card and case number.
