On Saturday, 12/21/24, at approximately 01:05 hours, I, Deputy J. Hubbard #2359, along with Deputy D. Jones, was dispatched to the residence [7000 BLOCK] S Rogers Rd. in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. As Deputies arrived on the scene, we were first confronted by the subject, Mr. Michael Smith, who was clearly and visibly intoxicated. Mr. Smith began asking why they were there on his property. Deputies advised him that we were called to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Mr. Smith advised that we did not have the right and or reason to be there and that we needed to leave his property. We advised that we could not leave until we talked to the other party.

During the incident, the complainant, Ms. [REDACTED], came out of the residence to inform us that there were people within the residence that she did not want to be there anymore. Ms. [REDACTED] provided a copy of the lease and stated she wanted everyone who did not live there to leave. When making contact with the other parties, informing them that they had to leave the residence. They politely agreed to do so; Mr. Smith kept trying to keep the subjects there, saying that he pays the bills and that he is on the lease, and they don’t have to go anywhere. Once the other parties had left Mr. Smith contiued to be loud and irate and very agressive with Deputies, and began removing his jacket as to fight with Deputies if the situation came to it.

Once Deputies were able to gain better control of the situation Mr. Smith was placed in custody and taken transported to the Bibb County LEC.
