On 10/16/2025, I, Dep. D. Shurley, while working the telephone response unit (TRU) recieved a call from Capt. Kendrick to call Sgt. Marcus Baker with the Warner Robins Police Department in reference to helping him get a report done for child molestation. I called Sgt. Baker, who provided me the phone number [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for a Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I called Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated she attempted to file the initial report on 10/10/2025 but was told she had to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] file the report. I told Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that was incorrect and that I could do the report over the phone.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that on 10/10/2025, her 12 year old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], told her that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Michael Smith touched her while she was visiting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in July 2025. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was in a camper with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], some male cousins, and her brother. She went to sleep and was laying in the bed with Mr. Smith. She stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] rubbed his hand up her leg, into her shorts, then into her panties. She stated she woke up and realized what he was doing to her. She started to cry and left the bed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was in. She then went and laid down with her brother.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Smith no longer lives at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. address and does not know where he lives now.

She also did not know the exact date, but her daughter does. Her daughter was at a friend’s house and she will let the investigator know the exact date.
