On 03/15/2026, I, Deputy Gibson, was dispatched to Zaxby’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to Indecent Exposure

Upon my arrival, I was met by the Complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that Mr. Neil Williams entered Zaxby’s restaurant, highly intoxicated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she observed him following young girls around the restaurant asking for money and followed a family outside then came back in and sat down in a booth.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she gave Mr. Williams food in hopes that it would sober him up. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while she was getting Mr. Williams drink, he held on to her from behind. He also touched her butt and her breast while she was trying to get his food.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that when she went to check on Mr. Williams in the booth, he pulled out his p*nis and started mast*rbating.

These acts were witnessed by the Zaxby’s workers [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] information was taken and a case card given. Mr. Williams was arrested at the scene and transported without incident to the LEC. A warrant was placed for Mr. Williams for his arrest.
