On 03/15/2026, I, Deputy Gibson, was dispatched to Zaxby’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to Indecent Exposure
Upon my arrival, I was met by the Complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that Mr. Neil Williams entered Zaxby’s restaurant, highly intoxicated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she observed him following young girls around the restaurant asking for money and followed a family outside then came back in and sat down in a booth.
