On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at approximately 0615 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to [4200 BLOCK] Fairfax Dr, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

I made contact with Ms. Pamela Gay (mother), Ms. [VICTIM #1] (daughter), and her 5 children, who were at the front porch of their home arguing through the front door. Ms. Pamela was with all 5 of her grandchildren, standing on the steps in the cold, when I approached the home. I then heard Ms. [VICTIM #1] yelling that she had pointed a gun at my head and at my children.

I then pulled Ms. Pamela to the side to get her side of the story. She stated they were in an argument about how the kids have kept the house dirty, how disrespectful they are, and how their mother does not maintain the house. She also does not want Ms. [VICTIM #1] or the kids back in the home under any circumstances, and when asked about the gun, she said it was a BB gun. When we asked her where the gun was, she took us into the room and picked up a toy gun, and the children immediately stated that it was not it, it was a small silver gun, and she pointed it at my mom and us.

I then spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1], and she stated exactly what her mother stated. The argument started over her children, but escalated because she wanted them out of her home, but did not want to give her time to get all the kids and things together. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated her mother continued to argue and get physical by pushing her, she did not retaliate due to it being her mother, and did not want to go back to jail.

It was then stated by Ms. [VICTIM #1] and the children that Ms. Pamela went into the room, retrieved a small silver handgun, and pointed it at her head, stating she would shoot her and the kids if they did not get out of the house. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was on the phone with dispatch at this time, and it would be recorded.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED], all stated that they witnessed their Grandmother, Pamela, getting the gun from her room and pointing it at their mom’s head and then at them, and said Get the hell out of her house before we arrived on scene.

Ms. Pamela was detained and transported to Bibb Lec without incident. Ms. [VICTIM #1] and all 5 children did remain at the home at this time, due to the cold, frigid weather. Ms. Pamela’s vehicle was secured, and her belongings were with her a the time of transport. A warrant for Cruelty to Children in the 2nd Degree and Terroristic Threat and Acts will be issued for Ms. [PAMELA].
