On 10/29/25, I, Sgt Endsley, and several other deputies responded to 1104 Gray Hwy in reference to a shot being fired. The incident took place next door to the above address.

I spoke with Mr. Roy Lee Smith in reference to a male subject shot in the air trying to intimidate him. The male subject was identified as Paul Anthony Moore. Mr. Smith stated he came over to talk to his ex, [REDACTED], and Paul Moore got mad and shot in the air and threatened him. Smith said Moore was standing on the top level of the building when this was going on. [REDACTED] said no one shot a gun, and Moore did not threaten anyone. The building is an abandoned doctor’s office. Moore stated he’s been there for months. He said Smith abused [REDACTED], and he wanted him to leave, but did not fire a shot. He said he doesn’t have a gun.

I spoke to the bank employees next door, and they stated they heard a shot but didn’t see who fired. Moore was continuously being disorderly, and he was placed in handcuffs and taken to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

Mr. Smith was arrested for a warrant out of Peach County.
