On September 24, 2025, I, Deputy Cordavious Jackson/PT782, of the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Patrol Division, did contact a complainant about an incident at approximately 20:58.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the owner of Hide And Seek, at Robins Financial Credit Union 4245 Log Cabin Dr, Macon, GA 31204, where he stated he was shot at while trying to recover a vehicle from a different address. The vehicle to be recovered was a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty, bearing GA registration [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated he was shot at while trying to recover the truck at the location of [1000 BLOCK] Pike St, Macon, GA 31204, where he suspects Philip Parham [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who lives and fired 7 shots at him according to shotspotter notifications and [VICTIM #1]’s recollection. [VICTIM #1] was not hit nor injured and refused medical attention. Sergeant Stokes arrived on scene to assist with the investigation, Lieutenant Byrd arrived on scene to assist with the investigation, and Captain Pendleton arrived on scene to assist with the investigation. Lieutenant Byrd made the judgment call to seek search and arrest warrants for Philip Parham in the morning aka (09/25/2025).
The complainant was informed of the case number and how to get a copy of the report via Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Informational Brochure and Case Card.
